1. Service

TradeCraft Academy provides online educational content about trading, gold, Bitcoin, risk management and business basics: lessons, quizzes, tools and market information. It does not provide investment advice, portfolio management, brokerage services or trading signals.

All courses are self-study courses. You receive access to written lessons, recorded videos and downloadable materials for independent learning. We do not owe or provide any supervision or assessment of your learning success, individual feedback, tutoring or answers to questions about the lesson content, and we do not issue certificates. Self-check quizzes are evaluated automatically in your browser; we do not see or store your results.

Members may open up to 25 new member lessons per calendar month; lessons that have been opened remain available for the duration of the membership.

2. Membership, payment and term

Free lessons can be used without an account. The paid membership is a subscription: Member (€9 per month) or Annual (€90 per year). It renews automatically for the same period until it is cancelled. We do not currently sell single courses as one-time purchases. Payment is processed by Stripe. The price shown at checkout is the final price.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period, using the cancellation page or the Stripe customer portal. Access continues until the end of the paid period. The right to cancel for good cause remains unaffected.

4. Right of withdrawal

Consumers in the EU have a statutory right of withdrawal; see the withdrawal information. We do not offer any additional money-back guarantee. The statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected.

5. Your account

Keep your login details private. Accounts are personal and may not be shared. Content is for your personal use; do not copy or redistribute lessons.

6. No guarantee of results

We make no promise about trading or investment results. Prices on this website are for information only and may be delayed or unavailable. See the risk disclaimer.

7. Liability

Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law; in particular we are not liable for trading or investment losses arising from the use of our content.

8. Governing law

German law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
